Brian left a teaching career for real estate when he relocated to Saskatoon in 1991. Once a newcomer himself, today he enjoys introducing Saskatoon to relocating homebuyers. His work representing a Saskatoon homebuilder taught him a lot about new home and condo construction, area builders, and Saskatoon's newest developments. Brian is a firm believer in real estate as an investment and has personally owned investment properties for nearly 40 years.
