Brian left a teaching career for real estate when he relocated to Saskatoon in 1991. Once a newcomer himself, today he enjoys introducing Saskatoon to relocating homebuyers. His work representing a Saskatoon homebuilder taught him a lot about new home and condo construction, area builders, and Saskatoon's newest developments. Brian is a firm believer in real estate as an investment and has personally owned investment properties for nearly 40 years. From this experience, Brian can offer expert advice on purchasing and managing revenue properties and tenants.
