The new owners will have access to boat launch and filleting shack. This development has one of the nicest beaches in the province with shallow sandy beach that stretches hundreds of meters long (Long Beach). Ballantyne Bay is only 30-35 feet deep so water temperatures at surface reach highs of 70's in summer with long beach getting even warmer water temperatures. Walleye and pike fishing at Deschambault is spectacular; with 10's of other smaller lakes and rivers within 10-20 min drive.
